Last time played: Georgia defeated Kentucky 19-10 in Athens on Nov. 19, 2011, to clinch a spot in the SEC Championship game.

On offense: Kentucky has been hard hit by injuries at quarterback, where sophomore starter Maxwell Smith is out with a torn ankle ligament and freshman backup Patrick Towles is doubtful because of a high ankle sprain. Freshman Jalen Whitlow is likely to start at QB for the third consecutive game; senior Morgan Newton is another option. Injuries also have hurt at tailback, where the Wildcats lost 2011 starter Josh Clemons (knee) and 2012 starter CoShik Williams (hip) for the season. Raymond Sanders, from Stone Mountain (Stephenson High), is the Cats’ leading rusher with 324 yards in six games played.
